End Grain Cutting Boards
Hand wash with a sponge or light-duty brush, soap, and warm water. Do not put in dishwasher.
To dry, remove excess water with towel and stand up on edge. Do not lay flat. This helps air flow and drying on both sides.
Do not put hot pans from stove or oven on board. Sudden hot temperature changes can cause the wood to expand, warp, and/or crack.
For best long term results, recondition board with Bryson Woodworking Board Butter every 1-2 months. Using a paper towel, use a small amount of conditioner and wipe evenly across the surface of the board.
Serving & Charcuterie Boards

Do not put hot pans from stove or oven directly on board. Sudden hot temperature changes can cause the wood to expand, warp, and/or crack, as well as cause epoxy to discolor. Use thick trivets when placing hot dishes on board.
